TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

RETURN POLICY:


If you are not satisfied with our products and services, you could easily return it to us within 30-days of delivery of the product  for 100% refund or  exchange on the total invoice value.


TERMS FOR RETURN :


·       We provide 30 days return policy.


·       Product must be in perfect condition and with original certificate.


·       Without certificate product will not be accepted for exchange or refund.


  • Customized Jewellery is not eligible for a Return. Products with custom engrave/carving will not be accepted.


·       If any mark of wear or damage or change in originality of the product is found, it will not be accepted by us.


·       If customer purchased product during discount or with coupon/promo code, Customer will only be refunded with the discounted price as per the invoice.


·       Its only 30 days return policy, after 30 days refund request will not be accepted. Only Product exchange request will be considered.

·       For all money back transactions, Value added tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the money back value. The prevailing rate is 1%.

·      Sriva Jewels reserves the rights to modify the refund/exchange amount of product based on the quality checking.


·      Customer will have to pay difference of new product and old product before dispatch.

RESIZING & REPAIRS POLICY :


In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible


If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer


If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.


In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made within next 7 working days of dispatch of the resized product.


If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to Casen basis.


Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.


This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)


INSURANCE:


Only transit insurance shall be provided by Sriva Jewels and it shall be valid only until the time of delivery.
